Nature Taichi Quan is separated into three sections: Inner Work, Skills, and Health Preservation Section. There are nine segments, each segment containing nine forms, which totals into 81 forms of Nature Taichi Quan. Heart, spirit, mind and energy are all related.
There is also harmony between the inner and the outer parts. The fist movements are light and agile. The fists strike as fluid as the moving clouds and the flowing river. It emphasizes on using the mind and skills rather than pure strength. This is practiced not only to obtain the skills, but also to keep the body and healthy and free from illnesses.
